I picked this one up, and as I went to research it, I
kind of laughed at the fact that the website is all in
French; I loved their audacity to keep it their way and not
parlay to the rest of the world.
This wine is a semi-dry/semi-sweet blush made from the
Cinsault grape. It's probably the perfect summer
accompaniment to fresh fruit and veggies, salads, and very
light fare. Being Cinsault, I really can't give you much on
flavor, but to say that I am reminded of rose-hip tea. It's
not bad, but it's nothing spectacular either. I would
consider this something great while talking, which doesn't
distract from the subject matter(s) at hand.
